After payment, an access code will be generated and sent to the registered email address. Please keep this code safe, as it is essential for the registration process.
2. Create Account and Enter Details:
Click on "Create Account/Register Your Association Now."
Enter your title (e.g., comrade, Mr, Miss), gender, name, nickname, country, phone number, password, and most importantly, the access code received in your email after payment.
Save your details and continue to the next step.
3. Upload Portrait Picture:
Upload a portrait-sized picture showing head to chest levels only. The maximum upload limit is 500KB, and we accept JPEG or PNG formats.
Save the uploaded picture and proceed to the next step.
4. Registration Confirmation and Profile Update:
Once the picture upload is successful, you'll receive a confirmation that your registration is successful.
You will be prompted to log in using your email and password to access your profile.
In your profile, update additional details, such as selecting your school.
For Campus Association Executives: Enter your association's full name and its abbreviated format if it's your first time registering e.g.,NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICS STUDENTS(NAPS).
For existing associations: Simply copy and paste your association name exactly as it appears on Campus Cloud Search for your school.
Select your position within the association. If your position is not listed, choose "Others" and manually fill in your position.
Avoid selecting positions outside of your association, as it may lead to removal from your association and school search.
Choose your school's academic section, course of study, date of birth, and provide your social media handles.
